in freshly-baked and freshly-made mille-feuille,
a traditional French pastry, using
our own unique manufacturing method to

Our pastry crust is made with luxurious
Hokkaido
fermented butter
and baked at a high temperature
for a short time to create a fresher,
more aromatic aroma and texture.
Carefully prepared every morning with
Hokkaido milk, butter,
and meticulously-selected fresh eggs.
The deep, rich flavor
